Prices for Bronze Pkg are 1 bedroom up to 1200 sq ft $8,995.
2 Bedrooms up to 2000 sq ft $12,995.

Silver Package- You will wow your friends with the upgrade of your condominium unit as well as make more money in your rental of the property with a complete set of new stainless appliances, and three rooms of floor coverings and a fresh coat of paint in all rooms.
Prices for Silver Pkg are $12,995.
2 Bedrooms up to 2000 sq ft $15,995.


Gold Package - Gold Package includes all of the Silver Package, all new matching stainless light fixtures, and new fireplace fasade.
1 bedrooms up to 1200 sq ft $29,995
2 bedrooms up to 2000 sq ft $34,995 (2 fireplace models)
